MCC from the air

Yesterday, one of our members, John Rodkey, went flying for Westmont College. In the course of his flight, he flew over the church campus and shot this picture above, showing how our 4 acres are used. Thanks John!

My guess was that it is looking roughly southeast, with Cold Springs running across the top of the image - I compared it to Google Maps and that seems to be correct. That being the case, it is a dramatically different campus than it was back in 1979. SO give us the tour - what are those varied buildings, and where is the home you occupy (One of the 2 palatial homes north of the parking lot, perhaps?)

You are right, it is looking southeast with Cold Spring Road on the upper diagonal. The large central building is the new sanctuary (May 2005). The parsonage is on the uper left of the parcel (4 acres) with the gym ust below it. At the bottom on the left is the youth wing "Outback". Next to the big homes within the hedge is the children's wing, opposite of it is the Fellowship hall attached to the sanctuary. The administrative offices ring the sanctuary building toward Cold Spring Road.
