This will be a new show tomorrow night on the Travel Channel?? Fighting food? Today? Come on.

Someday, this little piece of film may prove embarrassing to the primary guinea pig. Then again, it may always serve as a point of pride, perhaps making it onto some future resume. Who knows??

The first time I encountered anything like this was almost 30 years ago in Portland Oregon. The restaurant served steaks in sizes from 6 ounces up to 72 ounces - that's not a steak, it's a 4 1/2 pound roast! Yet over the years hundreds of men and women had finished the steak AND accoutrements in less than 60 minutes - and thereby got their meal for free and their name on the wall. (This is something to br proud of?)
