I was watching when Brit said that and could hardly believe my ears, but it was so true.

I believe Brit is a seminarian or is currently preparing for enrollment. In any case, it seemed inappropriate to foster a faith for redemption that appears to this writer as far too prevalent in our culture of magic and instant gratification. Mention was also made of Tiger's Buddhistic leanings as if it would not be enough for the American public to buy, as in "forgiveness," that Brit claimed would not be forthcoming from Buddhism (which proponents claim is not a religion but more of a mind-set). Forgiveness is not a commodity to be marketed. The best Tiger can do at this point is to play good golf and take care of his personal issues as he desires and not for the public's good. He is the master of his own fate.
